El Puerto de La Aldea
Actually, this place is properly called El Puerto de La Aldea de San Nicolas de Torrentino... but most people know it as La Aldea (which simply means the village).
This painting was made in the early evening, as the sun bathed the dramatic orange cliffs and mountains to the south of the little fishing port.
