Flamenco
Bright colours and polka dots are the traditional features of a flamenco dancer's tiered dress. (But note that the women who wear these dresses would not use the term flamenco. The ordinary Spanish woman dances the "sevillanas", which is a relatively simple, poor relation of the full blown flamenco.)
