Feeding Fish (6)
Now, here's an easy way to catch a panful of "whitebait".
At the centre of this tight knot of fish there is a piece of bread. The young mullet generally eat plankton, but they seem very happy to change their diet. Indeed, they actually climb over one another and into the hand of their feeder.
These are not "factory fish" at a fish farm; they are wild, free-living mullet which just happened to shoal around our boat.
