Bermuda Buttercup
The Bermuda Buttercup (Oxalis pes-caprae). This flower originates in Southern Africa but has now been spread all over Southern Europe. In South Africa the stem is often chewed - it has a pleasant, lemony flavour - and it is an ingredient of a famous Afrikaaner stew. This fact notwithstanding, the plant is actually quite poisonous. It has been known to cause the deaths of grazing sheep and goats.
