Child Nazarene
Nazarene was the early name for a Christian, or follower of Jesus of Nazareth. In Semana Santa terminology the word is sometimes applied to the masked penitents who parade around the streets each evening, but in Cartagena it is used strictly to refer to people dressed as Palestinians.
