2 Gulls and a Girl (1)
My ten year old daughter, Roxanne, with her hand-reared gulls, on the deck of our yacht. These birds came aboard as a one day old chick and an egg and were cared for and studied on the periphery of the colony. Having learnt to fly they migrated between the island and their familiar home as and when they pleased, eventually abandoning ship when, with their peers, they set off to see the world.
