Child Finding Gull's Nest
A seagull's nest, complete with two fluffy chicks and one egg, tucked behind a bush on the water's edge.
One of these three chicks went missing. It may have died, but we believe that it was one of twenty chicks from this colony which were taken to live at a theme park-come-zoo. The other two grew up to become fanatical swimmers who spent most of the day bobbing about on the sea. They were far less enthusiastic about learning to fly, but having eventually mastered that skill they joined their peers in a great juvenile gull gathering on the water.
