Cotylhoriza tuberculata
This jellyfish is reminiscent of many things. The Spanish call them fried eggs. If it's a meal that we're looking at, I think that there is also some cauliflower in the dish.
The proper Spanish name for the creature is aguacuajada - agua meaning water, and cuajada curds.
There is no English name, and so I call them cowpats.
